1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns or refunds are accepted only if your purchase is faulty, damaged during transit, or significantly not as described.
  • To request a return, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product, with photos showing the issue.

2. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us via email at sarathionlinetrust@gmail.com or through the “Contact Us” form.
  2. Provide your order number, date of purchase, and clear photos/videos of the item and damage (if any).
  3. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.

3. Return Shipping

  • If your return is approved, we will guide you on the shipping procedure.
  • Unless the return is due to our error, you’ll bear the shipping cost.
  • Please use a trackable courier and pack the item securely.

4. Refunds & Replacements

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • If you prefer, we can offer you a replacement instead of a refund (if stock permits).

5. Non-Returnable Items

Items sold at a large discount or clearance (unless defective).

Items that are used, worn, or missing original tags / packaging.

Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or unauthorized repairs.
